Sheridan is committed to cultivating and supporting a culture of scholarship, research and creative activities (SRCA) – one that is inclusive, broad and engages Sheridan’s students, professors, staff and the communities we serve.
Our research is focused on creating unique opportunities for our faculty, staff and students to work directly with our partners to address real-world challenges that strengthen our communities and develop the leaders of tomorrow.
The Sheridan Research Office is here to support our industry/community partners through their research process.
We work side-by-side with startups, established companies and community organizations to address their challenges firsthand, often accessing government grants and leveraging industry sponsored projects to make applied research opportunities possible.
- We enhance teams with specialized expertise from Mohawk faculty, staff and students.
- We provide access to specialized, industry leading equipment and one-of-a-kind comprehensive facilities.
- We help to de-risk new technology adoption through testing and trials.
