Sheridan has skilled students in these areas from our Honours Bachelor of Computer Science (Mobile Computing) and Honours Bachelor of Applied Information Sciences (Information Systems Security) degree programs seeking 4- or 8-month paid co-op opportunities.
By hiring co-op students, employers can take advantage of cost-effective short-term hiring processes and could qualify for the Ontario Co-operative Education Tax Credit.
Wage Subsidy Funding
In addition, Sheridan has partnered with the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC). ITAC is reserving wage subsidy funding ($5000 per eligible student) for employers who hire Sheridan Honours Bachelor of Computer Science (Mobile Computing) and Honours Bachelor of Applied Information Sciences (Information Systems Security) students. Employers can find out more about the funding here.
