In Search Of… Executive & Leadership Presence

February 9 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EST

Join us Feb 9 for tips and tricks on how to apply communication and awareness techniques to the most common executive presence challenges.

Finding a clear definition of executive or leadership presence can feel elusive and full of conflicting information to the point where we question its existence. Yet, how we are perceived is one of the most important factors in our portfolio. Projecting executive presence outweighs competency and experience as a critical success factor. Falling short in this area is often cited as the biggest barrier to pursuing more senior positions, gaining funding, partnerships etc. Alarmingly, most people and in particular women are provided vague or no useful feedback for making improvements in this all-important area.

This webinar will shed light on the elements of executive presence and provide participants with tips on how to apply communication and awareness techniques to the most common executive presence challenges. Participants will leave the webinar with an understanding of how they can amplify their leadership impact.

Session Outcomes:

  • An understanding of the components of executive & leadership presence
  • An self-assessment tool to determine personal priority areas for development
  • Tips and exercises for developing presence
  • A plan to wrap it all together and capture next steps

The webinar will be equally valuable to established leaders who are looking for new approaches to provide more precise leadership development feedback to others.
