Carly spent her entire career as a Human Resources professional, with experience spanning all areas of the field. Her career began over a decade ago, joining Merrill Lynch’s Bay Street HR team immediately after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management. Three years later, Carly relocated to the US to work for Bank of America before returning to Bay Street to join CIBC’s HR team in a senior position. Here she partnered with C-suite executives and mid-level managers to advise them on all facets of HR, including talent management, compensation, succession planning, recruiting, and restructuring.
After leaving her corporate role in 2015, Carly started Holm & Company
