A customer needs to hear a message 7 times before it is internalized. - We will walk you through the framework of creating a message reference and defining the messages step by step.
Part 2: October 28 @ 9 am-12 noon Message and Branding Exercises
- We will be working individually and as a group to help refine your messaging
