By developing a precise, consistent set of messages that everyone in the company will use to talk to customers, you will optimize the likelihood of your brand success. A customer needs to hear a message 7 times before it is internalized. It is critical that every interaction between the company and the target customer is consistent over time by every member of the team (sales and otherwise). - We will be working individually and as a group to help refine your messaging
