The global COVID-19 pandemic has presented buyers and sellers around the globe with a myriad of challenges and opportunities. Many businesses operating in the unprecedented times of COVID-19 adversity are facing big problems. Social distancing and work from home in order to minimize further spread of the virus are the new normal. For the sake of the business the “show must go on,” but reaching out to customers with the same pitches, tactics, and value propositions (in short, acting like everything is normal), seems disingenuous.

Brendan is responsible for helping Portag3 Ventures portfolio companies build their inside sales capabilities and develop/coach sales teams to be more scalable. Before joining Portag3, Brendan has had a career working with some of Toronto’s most notable startups, such as Honeycomb Worldwide, Varicent Software, Field ID, and Leonardo. Brendan’s last role before joining Portag3 was as the Global Sales leader for OrangeHRM where he was responsible for all aspects of sales for the company.
