Navigating Through Turbulent Times (Finances, Overheads, Lean Operations)
June 18 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT
The current economic climate has been inflamed by the Covid-19 crisis and now threatens the survival of our businesses, jobs and way of life. If we are to look for a silver lining, it is the possibility that the crisis has highlighted the things we can do to strengthen our companies as we return to a “new normal”. This seminar presents a checklist for evaluating turnaround opportunities in your company and the mindset to scale back operations, manage overheads and operate lean to prepare for the recovery.
